Your Job
As an EHS Coordinator, you will drive a strong culture focused on capability building and resilient systems. Your role will be key in fostering a sense of ownership within Operations, enabling teams to take responsibility for their risks and legal requirements while delivering results through them. You will also support long-term sustainability by leveraging robust and effective systems
Our Team
You will be part of the EHS & Facilities team, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Human Resources, joining a group with a strong focus on prevention, continuous improvement, and responsible risk management.
What You Will Do
- Drive safety culture encouraging strong ownership and day-to-day execution by Operations.
- Work hand in hand with capability teams, building partnerships based on trust and collaboration.
- Drive a long-term strategy to position OTTO of operational performance.
- Act as an internal EHS capability, working as one team to enable a Bottom-Up transformation across all areas of the organization.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS roles, with leadership in risk management and analysis, as well as compliance audits, preferably within industrial or similar environments.
- Solid knowledge of local and federal Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Experience leading and sustaining safety, hygiene, and environmental programs.
- Fluent conversational English (independent user level), with the ability handle technical communication in both English and Spanish.
