Position overview: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can gather and analyze data, translate business needs into technical requirements, and support both project delivery and ongoing operations. You will work closely with stakeholders while independently driving analysis, issue resolution, and improvements across reporting and data workflows.

- Responsibilities: Gather and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights

Investigate, reconcile, and validate data using SQL and analytical methods

Triage and resolve production and reporting issues end to end

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure accurate delivery

Maintain high accuracy and timeliness of client facing outputs

Handle multiple concurrent tasks including daily support and ad hoc requests

Drive tasks independently across the full Software Development Lifecycle
