Position Purpose
This role is accountable for executing the regional Total Rewards strategy, providing expert technical guidance and tactical management to deliver precise, compliant, and timely analysis that supports business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation of regional compensation and benefits programs across six LATAM countries, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of actionable insights that support business and workforce decisions.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 10 years of experience in Total Rewards.
