Join our Power Electronics Service team and take ownership of a key commercial role across multiple markets. You will drive the execution of our service sales strategy while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. How you'll make an impact
Drive and monitor the progress of the power electronics service sales strategy across assigned markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market trends and client engagement.
Develop contract strategies and project proposals aligned with customer needs and budgets.
Review, negotiate, and manage contract baselines to maximize financial and operational performance.
Coordinate with technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure accurate commercial execution.
Provide guidance on new business opportunities using strong legal and commercial knowledge.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in service sales, contract management, or commercial roles within the energy sector.
Strong hunter profile, with demonstrated experience in business development, client acquisition, and prospecting activities.
Advanced English proficiency is required; Spanish fluency is essential for regional operations.
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time across Latin America.
