Corporate Receptionist / Front Desk – Villahermosa (On-site)
We are looking for a service‑oriented, organized, and professional Receptionist to support daily office operations and ensure an excellent experience for visitors, suppliers, and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.

Manage incoming calls, messages, and visitor logs.

Control access, temporary badges, and compliance with security rules.

Coordinate meeting rooms, catering needs, and basic office support (printing, scanning, copying).

Handle mail, packages, supplies, inventory, and cafeteria provisions.

Support internal events and coordinate cleaning services.
-
Maintain office areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.

+2 years of experience in corporate reception/ Front Desk (preferred).

Conversational English. -C1 or higher

Strong communication, professionalism, organization, and basic Office skills.
