Job Profile – Sales Closer Call Center
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our Call Center team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales closing, customer follow-up, and preferably in the solar panels and home remodeling industries.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with incoming leads and potential customers.
- Conduct sales calls and close deals effectively.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Update customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in call center sales and closing.
- Experience in solar panels and/or home remodeling preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic CRM and computer skills.
