Responsibilities

Deepen EPAM’s partnership with Microsoft in North America by connecting with senior leaders and aligning with global Microsoft and EPAM cloud objectives

Initiate and carry out regional go-to-market plans for Microsoft, working alongside cloud experts and marketing teams

Partner with business unit leaders, sales, technical professionals, and marketing to develop growth strategies and open new business avenues

Team up with solution specialists to create new offerings and support expansion in priority accounts

Fulfill alliance program targets by executing joint business plans and increasing both partner-driven and partner-influenced revenue

Highlight the value of the Microsoft partnership by crafting and sharing customer success stories

Serve as EPAM’s representative at Microsoft and industry events, collaborating with sales and marketing to boost the company’s profile

Administer the partner deal registration process and stay updated on Microsoft’s engagement standards and evaluation criteria throughout the region

Work with North American and global cloud teams to deliver annual and quarterly updates to EPAM’s executive leadership

Lead and coordinate quarterly business review meetings with Microsoft partners in each territory
Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in enterprise technology and the partner or channel ecosystem

Minimum 5 years in sales or alliance roles, specializing in cloud solutions; experience with Microsoft is advantageous

Demonstrated leadership with at least 2 years managing teams of 20 or more, showing strong people management abilities

Experience in at least 5 complete project cycles or launching a product or significant feature to market

Solid expertise in solution integration or partner-driven sales, with a proven track record of achieving business goals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to varied audiences

Strong organizational abilities, including pipeline oversight and process optimization

Background in building and sustaining strategic partnerships and managing key business relationships

In-depth understanding of marketing strategies and business development within the technology sector

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on commitments
