Job Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented person, focusing on nearshoring and expansion projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international consultancy, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position has several areas of focus: The first entails knowledge of the IMMEX program, processes, and logistics. The second emphasizes business incorporations. The third involves administrative tasks and people management. Once graduated, the candidate will have the potential to transition into a full-time Expansion Associate role based on their performance.
Job Responsibilities and Functions
Client Support
- Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements for expansion projects.
- Support the preparation of client deliverables, including reports and presentations.
Project Assistance
- Support team members in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Help track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Research and Analysis
- Conduct preliminary market research to identify potential nearshoring locations and relevant factors such as labor costs, regulatory environment, and infrastructure.
- Assist in analyzing data and preparing summary reports for client presentations.
Strategic Support
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
Learning and Development
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to nearshoring and international expansion.
- Participate in internal training and development programs to enhance consultancy skills.
Requirements
- Proficient in profesional English (C1, TOEFL PBT 600+)
- Student of Bachelor in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Google Suite and preferably in Excel as well
