You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

Supporting multidisciplinary teams by providing technical application development, specification, and documentation for branded spaces and high-profile projects.

Developing detailed project documentation, including shop drawings, BOMs, AutoCAD/Revit files, and specification outputs.

Collaborating with designers, project managers, and global teams to define deliverables, timelines, and project requirements.

Coordinating with project stakeholders to gather missing information and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Providing technical support and guidance on product application, specifications, and integration within built environments.

Reviewing construction and project documentation to identify potential site issues and support successful installation outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design, providing a strong foundation in spatial design, construction documentation, and built environment principles.

Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing across global and cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in architectural drawing, documentation, and rendering tools such as PowerPoint, InDesign, CET, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, CAP Specifier, or similar programs, enabling accurate and high-quality technical deliverables.

Minimum 3 years of experience producing architectural graphics, installation drawings, and executive-level project documentation in a professional environment.

Minimum 3 years of industry experience supporting installation and execution of corporate spaces, ensuring alignment between design intent and built outcomes.

Demonstrated project-based experience with Revit Architecture, supporting modeling, documentation, and coordination of project deliverables.

Proven experience integrating technology into built environments, ensuring alignment between physical space and technical requirements.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality across technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong collaboration and team-building skills, enabling effective work across multidisciplinary and global teams.
