About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a background in probate and/or guardianship law to support our attorneys with substantive, billable legal work.
This is not an entry-level position. Prior hands-on experience in probate and/or guardianship matters is required.
Your role is essential in allowing attorneys to focus on legal strategy while you manage critical legal tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, draft, and file legal documents related to probate and guardianship cases
- Manage case files, deadlines, and court-related communications
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients
- Assist attorneys with legal research and drafting
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date case records

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience — REQUIRED
- Minimum of 2 years of probate and/or guardianship experience — REQUIRED
- Ability to perform substantive, billable legal work independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive, professional attitude — no drama; we value a respectful, uplifting work environment
