Main purpose of the position:
As an Application Supporter, you will be part of our global support team, helping ensure that ISS applications run smoothly for colleagues worldwide. Your main focus will be day-to-day application support, including handling service requests, investigating issues, and helping troubleshoot technical problems. You will work with colleagues across Copenhagen, Warsaw, Jakarta, Porto, and Mexico City, gaining experience in a global support environment. As part of the role, you will also regularly contribute to Single Point of Contact (SPOC) activities and support Major Incident Management (MIM) processes, helping coordinate, communicate, and follow up when needed.
What you’ll do:
- Provide application support across ISS applications, including troubleshooting incidents and handling service requests.
- Log, investigate, and help resolve issues assigned to you in our ITSM platform.
- Contribute to Single Point of Contact (SPOC) activities by helping coordinate, triage, and follow up on incoming support needs.
- Support Major Incident Management (MIM) activities by helping with communication, coordination, and follow-up during major incidents.
- Suggest improvements to support processes, tools, and ways of working as you learn the role.
Who you’ll work with:
- You will collaborate with our global application support colleagues from various locations worldwide.
- You will collaborate with our in-house development team when support cases require further technical input.
You will support our placemakers around the world.

Key qualifications:
- Good general knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Experience with JIRA or other ticketing systems is helpful, but not required.
- Some experience from application support, service desk, IT support, or a similar support role is helpful.
- Basic understanding of software development, programming, or scripting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure is a plus.
- You are curious, willing to learn, and comfortable asking questions when something is unclear.
- You communicate clearly and can explain technical topics in a simple way.
- You enjoy helping others and are motivated by providing good support.
- You are comfortable working in English.
