We are looking for highly analytical, curious, and driven individuals to join our team in Mazatlán as part of an AI-focused program (full-time junior position)
You will work directly with CEO to learn how to:
- Build real-world solutions using AI tools
- Automate business processes
- Identify inefficiencies and solve them with technology
- Think like an operator, not just a technician
What you’ll do
- Analyze real business workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
- Build simple tools using AI (no coding required)
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Experiment and ship solutions quickly
What we’re looking for
- Strong analytical thinking
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with technology (AI tools, workflows, etc.)
- High ownership and accountability
- Strong communication
- Advanced English level
- Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion, Zapier, etc.
- Understanding of data or automation
- Personal projects (BIG PLUS)
What we're offering:
- $17,00 MXN monthly
- Full-time, on-site (Mazatlán)
- 3-month internship
- Potential full-time offer after program.
