Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our Finance team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while providing critical insights to support executive decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance professional with a strong analytical mindset, proven experience in international environments, and the ability to partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. This position offers significant exposure to executive stakeholders and plays a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, delivering clear variance analysis and identifying key risks and opportunities
Partner with business unit leaders to gather inputs, understand performance drivers, and ensure alignment with financial objectives
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and insights for executive leadership
Support the preparation of leadership presentations, board materials, investor decks, and ad hoc financial analyses
Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and results
Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency, transparency, and insight
Support and maintain Data Warehouse analytics to enhance reporting and decision support
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support strategic and operational decision-making
Participate in financial systems implementation, optimization, and enhancement projects as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred)
10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis roles
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial planning and reporting systems is a plus
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and budgeting and forecasting processes
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with senior stakeholders
Fluent English is required
Preferred Skills
Experience and/or industry knowledge within the Spirits or Beverage industry
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
