Each one of our collaborators works with different teams and colleagues around the world, in the design and commercialization of software. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Apex, triggers, flows, custom objects, and SOQL, along with a solid understanding of integrations and data synchronization across systems. The ideal candidate has exposure to Java/Spring Boot and React, and is comfortable working in environments involving AWS, CI/CD, and Docker. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot production issues, support platform enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an EST-overlapping schedule. Experience with Visualforce is required, and healthcare experience is a plus.
What you will do:
- Develop / maintain Salesforce customizations including Apex classes, triggers, flows, and custom objects.
- Support and enhance the Provider Portal (React 17 monorepo — Apollo/GraphQL, Material UI — with Spring Boot/Gradle multi-module Java backend and PostgreSQL).
- Support and enhance CCM Reports (React embedded in Salesforce as Visualforce UI, backed by Salesforce data and integrated with the Abra assessment platform — Spring Boot + PostgreSQL).
- Troubleshoot data sync issues across integrated systems (Salesforce, Athena, Clockwork, Boomi).
- Write and execute SOQL queries and data scripts for production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with clinical operations and QA teams on ticket investigation and resolution
Minimum Requirements:
- Willing to work overlap of EST Hours ! (this is +1h from Dallas).
- Strong Salesforce development: Apex classes & triggers, Flows, custom objects, SOQL.
- Java / Spring Boot backend with PostgreSQL and Gradle.
- React frontend (Apollo/GraphQL, Material UI).
- Experience troubleshooting cross-system data sync / integrations.
- English B2.
- AWS (EventBridge and general AWS).
- GitLab CI/CD, Docker.
- English Upper Intermediate
- Salesforce Visualforce
Preferred Requirements:
- Healthcare domain experience (still important).
- Athena / Clockwork integration experience.
