Analyze the product design preconditions and constraints for the industrialization of automated wire harnesses.
- Perform Manufacturing concept simulations (MSD, labor distribution, equipment utilization and business case analyses) considering the integration of automation developments in production.

Technical guidance to industrial and product engineering technicians to integrate automation in production.
Your Role:
- Perform drawings and technical analyses, and check automation preconditions for integration.

Evaluate and define process and automation technologies, introduction possibilities, and limitations.

Create MSD/ manufacturing concept simulations and industrialization scenarios, integrating automation technologies and processes in different programs.

Analyze labor and perform distribution by process and area, considering automation processes/technologies.

Perform equipment utilization/capacity calculation.
-
Support and contribute to project development and quote teams on business case analysis.

Interact and cooperate with product development teams to integrate automation solutions & pre-conditions in the design.

Participate in Design For Automation technical reviews in cooperation with development teams supported by PE, Manufacturing Engineering.

Participate in gate reviews and checklist enhancements to ensure automation solutions are integrated and perform DFA deployment within the PE and ME teams.

Upgrade the automation principles for LV & HV on BOD/BOP and automation handbook
Your Background:
- Bachelor's or a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics, or equivalent.
- Experience (2+ years) in Manufacturing or Product Engineering for wiring harnesses production is mandatory.

Knowledge of harness manufacturing processes, methods and industrialization.
- Manufacturing System Design execution for Wiring harness production.

Ability to perform labor distribution per process, calculate equipment’s utilization and capacity.

Natural capabilities and passion for automating process solutions.

Fluent English language skills: verbal & written.

Fluent in office tools ( Excel / Power point ).

Ability to travel.
