Job Description - SAP S/4HANA Sr. Application Consultant, FICO
Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:
Position Description: The Senior SAP Application Consultant is responsible for providing incident, change request, and service request support to Application Management Services (AMS) customers via tickets and project work. In this capacity, the Senior SAP Application Consultant is responsible for delivering high customer satisfaction to all customers.
Act as senior consultant using advanced industry knowledge to provide SAP project, upgrade, and enhancement support to customers. Duties include configure in multiple SAP modules and/or application areas; document functional specifications; process customer problems and changes in internal Service Desk; lead customer and other teams, and provide project, strategic account, and/or Helpdesk customer support.
Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
- Project, Strategic Account, and /or Helpdesk Customer Support
- Enhancement and Project Support
- Ensure consistent delivery of minor and major enhancements, project work including mini-projects, upgrades, roll-outs and other SAP FICO enhancement projects
- Establish credibility with supported clients as their trusted advisor
- Effectively use and improve methodology approaches and supporting tools
- Strategic Account Support
- Provide long term dedicated SAP FICO support to one or more Strategic Accounts
- Establish long term trusted relationships with our customers
- Become an integrated member of the client’s team
- Thoroughly understand client’s business, culture and priorities
- Helpdesk Customer Support
- Monitor and process AMS customer problems and changes
- Process and resolve work classified as Level 2 and 3 issues
- Proactive follow up of issues that are in customer action
- Consistent delivery of SAP FICO support to all AMS customer messages
- Customer Satisfaction
- Cultivate professional relationships with clients
- Establish credibility and relationships with client decision makers, know their business, their industry, their culture, and their top priorities
- Foster an environment of extreme customer focus within the team
- Be an advocate for customers within NTT Data Business Solutions Inc.
- Timely response and acceptable resolution of customer escalations
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
- 5+ years of SAP FI and CO experience with understanding of the integration points with other SAP modules
- Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP implementations
- 2 years leadership experience on SAP implementation projects or production support
- Must meet or exceed intelligence general consulting competencies of Personal Skills, Methodical Skills, Business Skills and Leadership.
Travel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 50%. .
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
