Why This Role
This isn't a short-term gig — it's a seat on a growing U.S. healthcare team where your voice, your accuracy, and your bilingual skills directly shape the patient experience. You'll be the first point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking patients, the person who makes sure their records move quickly and their insurance gets approved without delay.
Our client invests in people who want to build a real career in U.S. healthcare administration — with structured training, a clear growth path, and the stability of a long-term position rather than a project-based contract.
Your Impact
- Be the trusted voice patients rely on — manage inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish with warmth and professionalism, often during a patient's most stressful moments.
- Keep care moving — process medical record requests accurately and on time, so providers have what they need when they need it.
- Remove barriers to treatment — secure insurance authorizations that determine whether a patient's care is approved without delay.
- Run a tight, modern operation — use Google Suite daily to keep documentation, scheduling, and patient information organized and audit-ready.
- Build a foundation in U.S. healthcare systems — gain hands-on exposure to real clinical administrative workflows, with eClinicalWorks experience a strong plus.
What You Bring
- Fluent English and Spanish, with confident, clear communication in both — this is a hard requirement given the patient-facing nature of the role.
- 3–5 years of administrative experience in any professional setting.
- Comfortable and efficient with Google Suite applications.
- eClinicalWorks experience preferred, not required — we'll train the right candidate.
- A genuinely detail-oriented, organized approach — small errors in this role can affect patient care, so precision matters.
- Medical office background is a plus but not a dealbreaker; we care more about reliability, communication, and coachability.
