- Ensure compliance with Inbound SLA.
- Ensure compliance with Outbound SLA.
- Develop and execute action plans to address process/objective deviations.
- Ensure customer billing and manage any discrepancies.
- Apply the 7S methodology.
- Keep all SOPs updated.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fulfillment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
