- We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to oversee and lead design efforts for our construction factory project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams.
- Project Leadership: Lead the design phase of the construction factory project, ensuring all designs meet project specifications and company standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other partners to integrate design solutions into overall project plans.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs align with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Innovation: Encourage creative and efficient design approaches that improve project outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive design documentation and ensure accurate communication of design changes.
- Budget Management: Supervise design budgets and timelines, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within financial constraints.
