Job objective
Provide support for any quality issues in the operation, as well as participate in activities to correct and/or prevent quality issues. PNC control and product audits. PPAP control of cutting supply vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor quality and customer care indicators, as well as follow up on any field complaints or customer production interruptions.
- Responsible for handling warranties reported by OEMs.
- Follow up on R&R application and ensure calculation of results.
- Be responsible and have the authority to stop production lines in case of quality issues.
- Monitor quality and customer care indicators.
- Knowledge of Core Tools, VIDA 6.5, ISO 16949-2016
Requirements
- Proven experience in the automotive industry
- knowledge of automotive leather processes
- Advanced English (ESSENTIAL)
- Advanced parcel handling and design programs.
- PPAP and APQP experience
