We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead Automation, Cloud, DevOps and Engineering initiatives, manage a team of engineers, drive project execution, engage directly with customers and ensure successful delivery of business and technical outcomes.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of automation and engineering projects

Manage a team of engineers to ensure high productivity, quality and team engagement

Serve as the primary customer-facing lead for project delivery, governance and escalations

Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, engineering leads and business sponsors

Conduct regular customer meetings, delivery reviews and project governance calls
-
Prepare and present weekly/monthly status reports, executive dashboards, project updates and RAID logs
-
Oversee project scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies and resource planning
-
Drive Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, backlog management and release execution
-
Coordinate across Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, AI and Platform teams to ensure seamless delivery

Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and operational efficiency

Ensure delivery quality, compliance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
-
1+ years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management
-
Experience managing Cloud, DevOps, Automation or Platform Engineering projects
-
Skills in customer communication, stakeholder management and presentation
-
Experience with executive reporting, project governance and delivery management
-
Expertise in risk, dependency and financial management
-
Background in Agile/Scrum delivery

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps or similar tools
Nice to have

Familiarity with AI/GenAI, Automation or Cloud Transformation programs

Understanding of Python, Terraform and Kubernetes

Knowledge of CI/CD and Cloud Platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS)
