Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional)

Advanced English (ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing).

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex projects end-to-end.

Experience managing cross-functional and international teams across multiple locations and time zones.

Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or industrial projects.

Project Management Methodologies: Advanced proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Digital Tools: Expert-level experience with project management software such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Trello.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex projects from planning to execution.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
