Helping people feel cared for from the very first conversation.
This is not a passive administrative role.
At HD Clean, the Office Coordinator plays a critical part in both customer experience and company growth. You are often the first interaction a client has with our company — and the way you communicate, organize, and guide conversations matters.
This role combines:

- Scheduling coordination
- Sales support
- Problem-solving
- Operational organization
The right person is calm under pressure, highly organized, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Done well, this role creates trust, clarity, and confidence for both clients and team members.
