Everest Peak Home Health is a Los Angeles-based healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care. We are expanding our reach and looking for driven sales and business development professionals in Mexico to help grow our network and partnerships.
The Role:
We are seeking experienced Sales & Business Development professionals with a background in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and securing new referral sources, provider partnerships, and business opportunities – all while working remotely from Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, physician groups, long-term care facilities, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and key decision-makers.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Collaborate with the LA-based leadership team to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Track and report sales activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven sales or business development experience in the healthcare field (Medical, home health, hospice, medical devices, pharma, or hospital referrals).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system (especially referral networks) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Access to reliable internet and a professional home office setup.
