Job Description
Objetivo del Proyecto:
Implementar un método de trabajo estandarizado para el área de kitting y el reabastecimiento de material para reducir la variabilidad del operario, aumentar la eficiencia y asegurar el suministro oportuno de material a la línea de producción, mediante diagramas de espagueti, diagramas de proceso, diagramas de balanceo de cargas de trabajo.
