Payroll via Wise, paid the following Monday

Job Description:
We’re seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll contact existing leads and current clients to offer estimates for additional services and answer questions about previous or upcoming services.
You’ll be expected to make 120+ outbound calls per day, with all activity tracked in our CRM, Service Autopilot (no prior experience required).
Training will last a minimum of one week, led by Andrew Hoffman and our in-house team.
Requirements:
- Experience with RingCentral (VoIP) and Google Drive
- Strong spoken and written English (neutral or North American accent preferred)
- Reliable internet and a clear audio headset
- Self-motivated and able to follow scripts while thinking on your feet
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)
- Comfortable interviewing via Google Meet

Compensation:
- $6/hr starting pay
- Weekly commissions for accepted estimates and upsells
- Paid weekly via Wise (payouts every Monday)
