GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Automation Engineer is responsible for supporting, developing, and improving automation systems and manufacturing processes within a metal-mechanical manufacturing environment. This role focuses on improving equipment performance, productivity, efficiency, and process reliability through automation solutions and technical support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support automation projects and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot automation equipment and manufacturing issues.
- Support equipment installation, validation, and start-up activities.
- Develop and update technical drawings and designs using SolidWorks and CAD software.
- Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and change records.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and suppliers.
- Monitor equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
JOB PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or automation environments.
- Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing preferred.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, and manufacturing processes preferred.
- Proficient in SolidWorks and CAD software.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
