Position Details
- Location: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Part Time: Flexible within our business hours, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PST
Responsibilities
Here's a look at what your days will involve:
- Manage and monitor customer-facing communication channels (Gmail and GoHighLevel) — triage incoming messages and respond using approved templates
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the team
- Assist with community platform management (MightyNetworks)
- Handle recurring monthly tasks, event coordination, and calendar logistics
- Conduct regular audits and reporting on membership payments
- Support ongoing customer service needs as they arise
- Light data entry and reporting (Google Sheets, simple dashboards)
- Use AI tools (including Claude) to draft responses and complete tasks faster
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as an Operations Manager, Admin, or in a Customer Support role
- Fluent in our company Softwares: Slack, GoHighLevel, Asana, Gmail, Google Drive, Anthropic Claude
- Comfortable using online platforms and learning new tools quickly
- Experience with AI chat tools
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- The ability to be pro-active and catch issues before they arise.
- Self-motivated and able to manage recurring tasks independently
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
