Radwell International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Engineer to join our growing team in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from MXN 25,000.00 to MXN 27,500.00. The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for supporting the testing, diagnosis, repair, and quality assurance of a wide variety of electronic and electromechanical components and assemblies. Working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will contribute to the evaluation and refurbishment of industrial automation equipment, including PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, power supplies, and other electronic control systems. The role demands a strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing electronic diagnostics and failure analysis on industrial components and assemblies; reading and interpreting electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation; conducting functional testing and quality inspections on repaired and refurbished equipment; documenting repair processes, test results, and technical findings accurately and thoroughly; collaborating with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices; supporting the development and maintenance of test fixtures and equipment; ensuring compliance with safety standards and company quality protocols; communicating effectively with internal departments regarding repair status and technical findings; staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to industrial electronics; and assisting in the training and mentoring of junior technicians as needed.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic schematics and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits and systems
- Familiarity with industrial automation components such as PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, and power supplies
- Hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic and electromechanical systems
- Understanding of quality assurance and control processes in an electronics environment
- Basic knowledge of soldering and PCB repair techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to document technical findings and repair processes accurately
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in an electronics repair environment
- Basic understanding of ERP or inventory management systems is a plus

Required Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in electronics engineering, electronics repair, or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience with the testing and troubleshooting of electronic components or assemblies
- Experience working with industrial automation or control systems is preferred
- Academic or practical experience with circuit board analysis and component-level repair
- Experience using electronic test and measurement equipment in a professional or academic setting
- Exposure to quality control or inspection processes within a manufacturing or repair environment
- Experience documenting technical processes and maintaining accurate records
- Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field is required
- Internship or co-op experience in an electronics or industrial automation environment is a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
