DESCRIPTION
Positions: Bar Server | Bartender
We are recruiting beverage service professionals for cruise lines and maritime operations, delivering high-quality bar service in fast-paced, guest-focused environments.
These roles are responsible for ensuring excellent guest experience through efficient service, product knowledge, and consistency.

Provide beverage service to guests in bars, lounges, restaurants, and public areas

Take orders and deliver drinks efficiently and professionally

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

Ensure proper handling of glassware and beverages

Follow service standards and guest interaction protocols

Support bartenders during peak service periods
-
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards

Maintain full knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar menus
-
Ensure bar setup, stock levels, and cleanliness at all times
-
Deliver fast, consistent, and high-quality drinks under pressure
-
Control inventory and minimize waste
-
Provide engaging and professional guest interaction

Cruise ships (bars, lounges, restaurants, pool areas)

High-volume, fast-paced service
-
International teams and guest interaction
-
10–11 hours per day

7 days per week

Physically active roles (standing, moving, lifting)

High-pressure service environment

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years experience in:

Beverage service environments

Minimum 3-5 years experience as bartender

Experience in high-volume or upscale environments preferred

Bar Server: Not required

Bartender: Required

Strong customer service and guest interaction

Knowledge of beverages:

Basic cocktails (Bar Server)

Classic and international cocktails, spirits, wines (Bartender)

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Speed, accuracy, and consistency in service

Teamwork and communication skills

English:

Bar Server: B1 minimum
-
Bartender: B1–B2 preferred

CV in English (Harvard format), updated with no gaps

Minimum 2 verifiable reference letters

Valid passport

Availability to work:

High level of discipline, hygiene, and professionalism
