What You’ll Do:
- Support recruiting processes for operational and corporate roles
- Participate in candidate screening and initial interviews
- Collaborate on employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Create content and materials for recruiting campaigns
- Work on candidate experience and engagement projects
- Use AI and digital tools to improve operational efficiency
- Support innovation, automation, and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze recruiting metrics and insights
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and People teams on cross-functional projects
Who We’re Looking For:
We are searching for students or early-career talent who:
- Enjoy building things from scratch
- Thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Have strong communication and analytical skills
- Are curious about AI, automation, marketing, and talent acquisition
- Want to create impact early in their career
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and prompting
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides
- English proficiency (Intermediate+)
Nice to Have:
- Leadership, entrepreneurship, volunteer, or student organization experience
- Experience creating content or working on research/analysis projects
- Exposure to automation or no-code tools

Pay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
