Job Description
The Tool Crib Supervisor is in charge of supporting the maintenance engineers in the control of the purchase orders of the maintenance department, generating an electronic file of the department's purchases, as well as the monitoring and disposal of spare parts or equipment. of waste by filling out the paperwork and collecting the necessary signatures for the correct disposal of said equipment or spare parts.
MAJOR RESPONSABILITIES
- Staff management
- Supervision of Tool Crib Clerks
- Request purchase requisitions to the MRO department.
- Follow-up to placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials
- Generate electronic file of department purchase orders.
- Review payroll of technicians.
- Notify the technicians when they should take the scheduled courses.
- Reserve rooms for meetings of maintenance engineers.
- Maintain the stock of spare parts and consumables
- Maintain inventory level within standard
- Expense control, generate monthly savings and improvements
