BILINGUAL AGENT
- Minimum education: elementary school
- Conversational English
- Call center experience
Full-time, Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturday with 2 days off, with paid training. You can switch between available campaigns after 6 months (based on performance).
First point of contact: the agent initiates claims, provides confirmation to customers, and answers inbound calls to handle inquiries and give status updates on existing claims.
Net pay: $17,268 to $18,804 per month
Schedule: 06am to 4pm , 07am to 5pm, 09am to 7pm, 09.15am to 7.15pm, 9:00am to 6:00pm, 10:00am a 7:00pm
