We are seeking an organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to oversee our caregiving schedule and optimize our daily scheduling needs at Premier Comfort Care. In this role, you will lead a team of schedulers, match clients with the right caregivers, and resolve urgent scheduling conflicts to ensure continuous, high-quality care.
The ideal candidate for this role is an excellent communicator with outstanding multitasking skills and a strong background in administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
*Lead, train, and mentor a team of Scheduling Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely matching.
*Conduct regular performance reviews and audit team schedules for policy compliance and efficiency.
*Monitor care hours to optimize client-caregiver compatibility based on language, preferences, and clinical needs.
*Manage and resolve complex scheduling conflicts, call-outs, and emergency coverage requests.
Caregiver & Client Operations
*Monitor care hours to optimize client-caregiver compatibility based on language, preferences, and clinical needs.
*Manage and resolve complex scheduling conflicts, call-outs, and emergency coverage requests.
*Monitor overtime hours and implement strategies to reduce burnout and unbilled hours.
Communication & Quality Control
*Serve as the main escalation point for clients, families, and caregivers regarding schedule disputes
*.Collaborate with the care management team to smoothly onboard new clients.
*Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client health and caregiver records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
Operations & Strategy:
*Analyze scheduling data to identify trends, forecast staffing needs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
*Resolve escalated scheduling conflicts and navigate last-minute changes or emergencies.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a staffing and scheduling, administrative, or operational role, with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Home Care Scheduling Software (e.g., Well Sky, Paychex) and CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking, conflict resolution, and written/verbal communication skills.
Availability: Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours scheduling emergencies.
Competitive salary: $9.00 per hour USD
Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays (US Federal Holidays)

Pay: $140.00 - $150.00 per hour
