Your Background:

Bachelor's degree.

Direct interaction with customer

English level that enables effective communication in professional environments, active participation in meetings, understanding of technical requirements, and clear delivery of analysis and results, direct customer exposure or decision-making responsibilities.

Strong understanding of quality management systems, including IATF 16949, AIAG/VDA standards, and customer-specific requirements
-
Proficient in structured problem-solving techniques: PDCA, 8D, QRQC.

Experience with quality analysis tools such as Pareto charts, SPC, control charts, and statistical methods.

Hands-on experience in PPAP, MSA, PFMEA (including reverse and for special processes), and control plans.

Knowledge of process troubleshooting using quality troubleshooting matrices and root cause analysis.

Familiarity with production systems and methodologies, including:

5S and workplace organization

Standard Work

Daily Performance Management

Line-Side Review Processes

Understanding of Kappa testing, BOT (Build-Out Test), and production shutdown procedures for quality control.

Ability to work with customer portals and ensure compliance with customer assurance policies.

Proficient in using SAP and digital quality systems like DPRTS and PRS for issue tracking and reporting.

Knowledge of OSA standards, control mechanisms, and competency matrix frameworks to support team capability development
Your Role:
-
Ensure compliance with Stellantis quality requirements and achieve zero defects at the customer
-
Monitor and meet key KPIs including PPM, FTQ, and customer incidents
-
Act as main interface with Stellantis for escalations, audits, and performance reviews
-
Lead and ensure timely, robust 8D problem solving with validated root cause
-
Implement immediate containment within 24 hours and drive corrective actions to closure
-
Maintain and continuously update Control Plan, and lessons learned
-
Deploy and validate error proofing (poka-yoke) and detection systems across critical processes
-
Manage risks related to launches, recurring defects, and implement GP12/Safe Launch controls
-
Achieve PPM targets and maintain zero customer disruptions such as stop shipments or line shutdowns
-
Ensure FTQ levels above 98–99% and drive rework reduction by at least 20–30%
Close 8D investigations within defined timing (- 30 days) with full validation
-
Ensure 100% of critical processes are covered with effective error proofing
-
Drive systemic corrective actions to eliminate recurrence of top defects
-
Apply advanced quality tools (PFMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, FTQ)

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and Stellantis customer-specific requirements
-
Demonstrate strong escalation management, negotiation, and crisis handling skills
-
Communicate effectively with customer and leadership in a bilingual executive manner
-
Deliver sustained defect reduction, strong customer confidence, and stable operations without recurrence
