Join our team as a Travel Experience Advisor, where you’ll help travelers across the United States plan memorable trips by finding the right hotel, recommending destinations, and securing the perfect reservation.
This is much more than answering calls. You’ll become a trusted travel advisor, helping customers choose accommodations that fit their needs, budget, and travel plans while delivering an exceptional booking experience.
Your Role
Every day you'll connect with travelers who are planning vacations, business trips, family getaways, and special occasions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with hotel reservations across the United States.
- Understanding each traveler's needs and recommending the best hotel options.
- Explaining hotel amenities, locations, rates, and exclusive promotions.
- Helping customers compare alternatives to find the ideal stay.
- Guiding travelers through the complete reservation process.
- Creating a smooth, personalized, and memorable booking experience.
- Building trust and delivering exceptional customer service on every interaction.

What We're Looking For
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Passion for customer service and travel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Availability to work on-site in Chihuahua.
