We are looking for a Lead Python Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop scalable backend systems and services

Collaborate with team members to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions

Lead code reviews and provide guidance to uphold coding standards

Optimize system performance and address technical issues as they arise

Oversee the integration of third-party APIs and external services

Create and maintain technical documentation for both new and existing features

Champion best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

Guide the continuous improvement of team processes and technical skills
Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development

Minimum one year of experience leading and managing development teams

Advanced proficiency in Python for building and maintaining applications

Experience with ReactJS for developing user interfaces and integrating with backend systems

Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying and managing cloud-based applications

Strong background in database design, management, and optimization
-
Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative workflows
-
Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
-
Understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment
-
Knowledge of security best practices in software engineering
-
Experience implementing user authentication and authorization mechanisms
-
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher

Experience in AI development or architecture, such as designing and implementing machine learning models, integrating AI-driven features into applications, or building scalable AI infrastructure
