We’re hiring a Client Success Associate to help manage urgent client requests and coordinate with our engineering team.
We’re looking for someone with excellent written and spoken English, strong attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility. You should be very responsive, organized, and available to respond especially during Eastern Time hours, including weekends, although there may be client requests outside of regular hours.
Bonus if you have experience in client success, operations, healthcare, or reviewing medical summaries.
Main responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to client requests at all times, within 20 minutes.
- Organize and escalate issues clearly to engineers
- Track open items and follow up until resolved
- Communicate professionally and accurately
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Friday to Sunday, Eastern Time hours
Pay: $300 USD per week
