Persimmon is a medical-aesthetics company. We deliver treatments such as Botox and filler to clients through a nationwide network of providers, train new practitioners through our Academy, and partner with salons, spas, and wellness businesses across the country.
Role summary
Client Services Representatives are the first point of contact across our business — for clients booking treatments, for practitioners interested in our training programs, for businesses interested in partnering with us, and for anyone who needs support. The role covers both sales and support work, by phone, text, tickets, and email.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound client inquiries by phone, text, and email; answer questions about services, pricing, and availability.
- Qualify leads and book appointments with providers; confirm details and handle reschedules and cancellations.
- Work leads through structured follow-up sequences until they book or opt out.
- Support prospective Academy students: answer questions about programs, tuition, and prerequisites; schedule information calls; assist through registration and enrollment.
- Handle initial inquiries from prospective business partners; schedule calls and manage follow-up correspondence.
- Resolve client and provider support requests — booking changes, billing and payment questions, order and shipping status — following documented policy, and escalate when required.
- Maintain accurate, current records in our CRM.
- Coordinate coverage with the rest of the team and remain reachable on Slack during working hours.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written English. This is essential — you will be speaking and writing with US clients daily.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, call center, admissions, or a comparable client-facing role.
- Comfortable with a high volume of calls and messages.
- Accurate and policy-driven: you follow documented procedures and confirm rather than improvise.
- Well organized, able to manage many open conversations without losing track of follow-ups.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset.
Schedule
Full-time, aligned to US business hours (Pacific Time). Some evening and weekend coverage, rotated across the team.
Pay
- $8 USD per hour.
- Paid twice monthly, on the 1st and the 15th.
- Performance bonuses (SPIFFs) on top of the hourly rate for results such as booked appointments and enrollments, issued through Tremendous, a digital rewards platform, and redeemable to PayPal or another option of your choice.
- All tools, systems, and training provided.
Contract terms
This is an independent contractor position (in Mexico: prestador de servicios independiente / por honorarios), not employment. You are responsible for your own taxes and any local contributions; we do not withhold them. The role does not include employee benefits.
