The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Representative to join our growing team from LATAM. In this role, you will play a key part in helping clients successfully manage their payments while providing exceptional customer service throughout the collection process.
You will work directly with clients to process payments, resolve billing concerns, explain available payment options, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive client experience. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, communicating with clients, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

40 hours per week.

Compensation ranges from $6.00 to $8.00 USD per hour.

Weekend availability is required (the schedule rotates on a Monthly basis).
What You'll Do

Process and record client payments using approved payment methods, including credit cards, Zelle, bank deposits, ACH, and other supported payment options.

Communicate with clients via phone, text message, and email to ensure successful payment completion.

Assist clients with payment questions, billing concerns, and available payment solutions.

Process payment extensions, modifications, and late fee adjustments according to established company protocols.

Review upcoming court schedules and coordinate with the Legal team regarding client payment eligibility when appropriate.

Partner with the Client Services team to resolve client concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.

Educate clients on payment plans, service modifications, and additional legal services when applicable.

Route inquiries to the appropriate departments when additional assistance is required.

Maintain accurate payment records and client account documentation.

Report unusual payment issues or client concerns to management.

Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer service throughout every client interaction.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years working in Customer Service

Bilingual in Spanish required

Ability to receive payments in USD via PayPal.

A dependable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM minimum, Core i5 or higher).
