About this opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Plant Project Manager, based in Tlaxcala, to drive the transformation of our manufacturing site, enabling the successful introduction of new products and processes.
In this role, you will act as a key enabler of business growth by leading the implementation of new projects (NPI), process optimization, and engineering excellence within the plant. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including production, quality, supply chain, and global counterparts—to ensure smooth industrialization, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.
This is a highly visible position with strong impact on business performance, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, execution capability, and stakeholder management.
What you will do

Lead the end-to-end implementation of new products and processes within the manufacturing site (NPI / industrialization)

Drive process standardization, documentation, and structured execution, moving the organization from reactive to strategic operations

Coordinate closely with production, quality, supply chain, and finance to ensure successful project deployment

Ensure readiness of the plant in terms of capabilities, resources, and timelines for new project launches

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency, cost, and quality optimization

Act as a key interface with global engineering teams, ensuring alignment and knowledge transfer

Identify risks in project implementation and define mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery

Foster a high-performance culture by influencing, aligning, and engaging stakeholders across the organization
The skills you bring

Proven experience leading new product introduction (NPI) / industrialization projects in manufacturing environments

Strong background in manufacturing / plant operations engineering

Experience managing complex projects end-to-end (planning, execution, launch)

Solid understanding of process engineering, production environments, and plant dynamics

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions

Knowledge of costing, financial impact, or project business cases

Advanced English (interaction with global teams)
