We are looking for an AWS Business Operations Specialist to become part of our team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the efficiency and expansion of our AWS-focused business, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that enhance our partner value. You will engage with cross-functional teams to manage various elements of AWS business operations, such as CRM oversight, project coordination, process optimization, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret AWS sales and operational metrics, including oversight of internal CRM platforms and AWS ACE opportunity tracking, as well as monitoring revenue, usage, and forecasting

Work alongside the Operations team to maintain consistency and accuracy between internal and external data reports

Spot areas for operational improvement and suggest methods to increase the return on investment for AWS initiatives

Contribute to the creation of financial summaries and presentations for executive management

Partner with project teams to ensure AWS opportunities are managed and executed effectively

Help monitor project schedules, key milestones, and deliverables to confirm objectives are achieved

Take part in partner and alliance strategy sessions, including resource allocation and risk evaluation

Identify workflow obstacles and inefficiencies, recommending changes to streamline business processes

Apply best practices and introduce automation to improve operational workflows
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related area
-
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the IT sector

At least 3 years in roles such as lead, manager, owner, architect, or coordinator
-
A minimum of 2 years managing teams of 20 or more people
-
Experience in at least 5 end-to-end project cycles or in launching a product or major product feature

Ability to take initiative, organize and analyze data, and turn insights into practical actions

Proven background in business and partnership operations

Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting financial information

Project management skills, including familiarity with project management software
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
-
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a group
-
Strong skills in problem-solving and making informed decisions
-
Understanding of cloud security and compliance requirements

Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal
Nice to have

Previous experience in a similar capacity within a System Integrator (SI) or Global System Integrator (GSI) environment

Experience developing automated self-service reporting and dashboards using business intelligence tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms
