Up Auto Detailing is a growing automotive services company based in Calgary, Canada, specializing in ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and detailing. We're hiring a full-time remote sales representative to convert inbound leads into booked appointments.
What you'll do:
- Call and follow up with warm leads generated from our Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Run consultative sales conversations explaining our PPF, ceramic coating, and tint packages
- Manage your pipeline daily inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Follow our sales scripts and playbook, with ongoing coaching provided
- Hit weekly booking and close-rate targets
What we're looking for:
- Proven sales or call center experience (inside sales, appointment setting, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM (HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive)
- Excellent, clear spoken English and strong written communication
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
- Comfortable working Mountain Time (Canada) business hours
Pay: MX$17,500/month to start, plus commission on closed sales after your first month
