- Assist operations with forecasting and long-range planning activities while providing financial recommendations
- Support the construction and management of budgets in collaboration with senior management teams
- Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
- Handle finance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Analyze financial and operational performance through modeling, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis
- Assist in compiling monthly forecasts for multiple business functions
- Drive the development and documentation of procedures and best practices related to accounting and finance processes
- Support the preparation of weekly bookings forecast and pipeline reports
- Ability to gather data from multiple sources and standardize reporting processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with electronic spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated success and knowledge
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
