Overview
This position works closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing groups to develop, implement, and manage the on-time completion of the Master Production Schedule. Managerial experience meeting dynamic market driven environment demands, such as on time delivery strategies, inventory turns increase, and profit and loss understanding is a plus.
Responsibilities

Utilization of Materials Requirements Planning systems to offer 99.5+ customer service levels.

Monitor demand against forecast and communicate any discrepancies.

Maintain and develop stock programs as defined by Sales and Materials department.

Assure that problems relating to delivery, quality or production are promptly resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures.

Will be responsible to meet inventory targets for finish goods and raw materials

Develop strategies to ensure material availability to meet production plans.

Maintain and continually improve the quality management system in the areas assigned with a “risk management” approach.

Assure compliance to company procedures, policies and most current revision of ISO 9001 standard.
