Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor is responsible for meeting Safety, Production, Quality, and On-Time Delivery objectives.
Responsibilities:

Ensure production targets are met.

Prepare overtime request forms.
-
Attend meetings to review supervisors’ metrics.

Participate in safety training sessions.
-
Review risk analyses.
-
Conduct safety talks (Toolbox Talks).
-
Follow up on quality rejections and develop action plans.
-
Implement and carry out any activities assigned by the manager.
-
Ensure compliance with 5S standards within the area.
-
Comply with all safety requirements.
-
Ensure product quality.
-
Enter production data into the M3 system.
-
Report equipment failures.
-
Manage performance evaluations.
-
Monitor employee attendance and permissions.
-
Participate in accident prevention initiatives.
-
Coordinate necessary shift changes.
-
Generate personnel requisitions.
-
Maintain team discipline.
-
Issue disciplinary notices when required.
Knowledge and Experience:

Knowledge of injection molding machines.
-
Personnel management skills.
-
Teamwork skills.
Knowledge of 5S methodology
