Process Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, and cost performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
Support BKN/NPI builds, process qualifications, and production readiness activities.
Analyze process data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
Experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, PCBA, or assembly processes.
Knowledge of NPI, process validation, DOE, PFMEA, and Lean Manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting prototype, pilot, and production builds.
English communication skills.
