Job description:
We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring product quality during new product launches and engineering changes, as well as maintaining compliance with customer-specific requirements and internal quality standards.
This position is focused on customer satisfaction, APQP and PPAP activities, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement within manufacturing processes. The Customer Quality Engineer will work closely with production, manufacturing, process engineering, and customers to ensure compliance with quality requirements and timely response to customer concerns.
The role also includes participation in audits, monitoring of quality KPIs, development of control plans, PFMEA, SPC activities, and support during customer visits and new project launches.
Qualifications:·
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field).· Experience in automotive manufacturing and customer quality management.· Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.· Experience with customer complaint management and corrective actions.· Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
Requirements:
· Experience working under IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
· Ability to perform internal and external quality audits.
· Knowledge of GD&T and measurement systems.
· Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
· English proficiency preferred.
· Experience with continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Sueldo: $31,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mes
