Role Description
This is a full-time remote Entry level role for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients via phone to introduce the company’s services, scheduling appointments for consultations, and responding to inquiries. The individual will also handle customer service tasks, assist in sales processes, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
This role includes monthly base pay and bonus.
Bonuses will be based on performance!
Qualifications
- MUST SPEAK ENGLISH.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to establish rapport with clients
- Experience with Appointment Scheduling and follow-ups
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction
- Sales skills, including the ability to present services persuasively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and record-keeping is a plus
