YOUR TASKS
Quality Product Customer Engineer
The QPC ensures that components and products are consistently manufactured in full compliance with Hella/customer requirements. Applies knowledge and solid understanding of product and process engineering.
QPC leads the improvement processes related to customer satisfaction, such as PPM, manufacturing system and costs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Quality documentation creation, update and maintenance
Dimensional control of production by SPC
Improve quality controls in assembly lines
Record, track and solve customer complaints, including causes and solution.
Conduct internal/external audits
Develop and improve upon standards
Continue to pursue personal education of new skills, technologies and solutions
Minimum requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in Automotive industry
Strong leadership skills
Communication abilities
Advanced English
Statistic tools knowledge
Advanced problem solving tool handling
Full domain of Core tools
